Butter 30 g

Cooking method

  • Cooking like a dough.
  • From the total amount of water or whey, we take about 50 ml, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 flat tablespoon of flour, yeast.
  • We dilute everything in a glass and leave it to come.
  • If we use dry yeast, then it is not necessary to do this, but simply put it in the dough.
  • The dough can be kneaded in HP using the Kneading, Dough mode.
  • Or like I'm in the Kenwood mixer.
  • As soon as the HP has finished the work, we spread the dough on a board sprinkled with flour and form a ball.
  • In a dough mixer we make 2 kneading and 1 proofing. After the second batch, we take it out into a ball.
  • Grease the bowl with butter and put our dough. We turn on the Shteba mode Heating 35 g for about 1 hour, and look according to the situation.
  • Grease the bread with an egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy seeds.
  • After the dough has risen, turn on the Roasting mode for 27 minutes and then turn it over for another 8 minutes.
