Seafood soup

Ingredients

Squid 250 g
Mussels 250 g
Rapana 250 g
Shrimp 250 g
Octopuses 250 g
Bulb 1
A tomato 1
Salt, spices
Olive oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
Water up to 3 liters mark

Cooking method

  • Defrost seafood (when frozen it is about 1500-1700 gr). I defrost in warm water, it takes 10-15 minutes. Cut the squids into cubes.
  • In a multicooker bowl, fry the diced onion in olive oil until golden brown (frying mode for 5 minutes). Add seafood, cold water and a diced tomato. Salt and pepper to taste. PP mode 45 minutes (Taking into account that we add cold water). When serving, add a slice of lemon and herbs. Bon Appetit.
