Cooking method

  • BREAST in onion skins (new version)
  • in the multicooker REDMOND RMC-M70
  • Salt the brisket, sprinkle with pepper, seasonings, grate with garlic, put in a bag and in the refrigerator for marinating for 5-10 hours.
  • Pour water into a bowl, set the SOUP program for 1.5 hours, bring to a boil, put onion husks and all the seasonings in boiling water, brisket on top.
  • Cook until the end of the program. Cool the brisket in the broth, remove it cold. wrap in foil and refrigerate.
