Ingredients

Sifted wheat flour 220gr
Olive oil 3st. l
Water 140ml
Fresh yeast 5gr
Salt 4gr
Rosemary 1 branch
Garlic 2 slices

Cooking method

  • Set aside 50 ml of water from this quantity and mix with yeast, add a couple of teaspoons of flour that you have already prepared according to the recipe and make a dough with a consistency of 15% sour cream. Set the dough aside to rise.
  • Squeeze the garlic, mix with the rosemary and pour over 1 tbsp. l olive oil
  • In the HP, put the dough, the remaining flour, water and salt and 1 tbsp. l butter (one more spoon is needed for baking) in the sequence as prescribed in your model. Mix the dough.
  • I used the quick bread mode and just turned off HP before baking

  • P.S. Having studied the recipes for fine focaccia on many sites and prepared it, I realized that its recipe is very similar to the recipe for Italian bread from Admin, except that there is no sugar in the dough for focaccia.

  • Let the dough rest after HP for another half hour in the room under the film.

  • Lubricate the top with a tincture of oil, garlic, rosemary. Pierce a little with a fork and make small indentations with your fingers
  • Bake at maximum temperature for 8-10 minutes. I preheated the oven. My maximum temperature is 250 '
  • If you bake at a lower temperature, the dough will be like rubber.
  • The focaccia is ready.
  • P.S. as an option, you can make a double focaccia. On the first cake you put grated cheese, on top of the second cake, squeeze out the air, pierce, pinched the edges, grease on top with tincture of rosemary-garlic oil and bake
