Ingredients

Dough
butter (margarine) 250 gr.
wheat flour, higher. grade 200 gr.
cottage cheese (up to 5% fat) 250 gr.
Cream
condensed milk 1 b
butter 250 g
Decoration
cocoa, chocolate taste

Cooking method

  • Chop butter with a knife, add cottage cheese (preferably wipe through a sieve) and flour, mix quickly and send to the cold for at least 40 minutes, then distribute in the form (I put it on a large baking sheet) and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees, we are guided by the readiness of the dough, we cool, we divide into 2 parts
  • Cream is nothing new to anyone. Beat the softened butter, adding a little condensed milk, an incomplete can should be enough.
  • Lubricate the cooled cakes with cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate, leave on the table for an hour, then send them to the refrigerator.
  • Bon Appetit!
