Cooking method

  • 1. Pour 4 measuring cups of water into the pressure cooker bowl
  • 2. Place the steam plate in the bowl and place the dumplings on it
  • 3. Set the "Steamer" turbo mode for 5-7 minutes, depending on the size of the dumplings.
  • 4. Add oil and spices to taste after the end of cooking

Note

You can cook in the same way: manti, dumplings and khinkali. I don't have a photo of dumplings, but I often make manti, with any kind of fillings. This is sooo delicious. Dumplings, manti, dumplings, steamed are much tastier than boiled in water.
