Cooking method

  • Cool the syrup a little while stirring.
  • Defrost the cherries a little. Cut into small pieces.
  • Since I forgot to buy the cream, and I had already set the syrup to cook, I had to do it with milk. If you want a classic parfait, then feel free to replace milk with cream. They must first be whipped into a foam and then mixed with syrup.
  • Mix milk with warm syrup. Add cherries, stir.
  • Pour the mixture into the ice cream bucket. Ice Cream mode 1 hour. By the end of the program, the temperature of the mixture was 0C. Without waiting for the end of the program, I added another 30 minutes. If the time is added after the end of the program, then at first, simply kneading will start (without cooling) and the ice cream will melt. And only after 5 minutes freezing will begin. By the end of the program, the temperature was -6C:
