Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 220 g
Sugar 150 g
Margarine 150 g
Egg 1 PC.
Vanillin 0.5 tsp
Baking powder 2 tsp
Filling:
Cottage cheese 600 g
Egg 4 things.
Sugar 150 g
Starch 90 g
Currant
(there was frozen black currant)
300 g

Cooking method

  • 1. Grind butter with sugar and vanilla.
  • 2. Add egg, stir.
  • 3. Add baking powder and flour, knead not very tough dough.
  • 4. Lay out the dough and knead it with your hands along the bottom of the saucepan, driving into the walls and forming the sides.
  • Prepare the filling.
  • 1. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grind the yolks with sugar.
  • 2. Add cottage cheese, mix well
  • 3. Add starch, mix.
  • 4. Beat the whites with a drop of lemon, add to the curd mass, mix gently with a spoon.
  • 5. Put the curd mass on the dough and flatten.
  • 6. Add 1 tbsp to the currants. l. sugar, 1.5 tbsp. l. starch, mix well, put on top of the curd.
  • Baking 65 + 60 min.

I made my own based on your recipe, there was no starch, and reduced the amount of sugar in the dough and filling. Reduced the amount of currants, because there was no starch and was afraid that it would spread too much and would not bake. And my husband does not like too sour sweets.
