EASTER CAKE
Liquid components:
170 ml. milk;
3 eggs (shake well before setting);
2 tbsp. l. butter (30g.);
Dry components:
2 and 1/3 cups of wheat flour (400g);
5 tbsp. l. Sahara;
0.5 tsp salt;
0.5-1 teaspoon of vanillin;
2.5 tsp dry fast-acting yeast for baking;
50g. raisins (pre-soak in cognac; drain or drink the remaining cognac before pouring)
Baking time: 2 hours, BASIC mode (BAKE RAPID) fast baking.
Size "L" (medium), light crust. (it is advisable to extract the cake 5 minutes before the end of the program, since an increased amount of sugar in the recipe gives a darker, sometimes even burnt crust)

VERY DELICIOUS KULICH (Author Elena BO)
Liquid components:
100 ml. water;
3 eggs (shake well before setting);
6 tbsp. l. odorless vegetable or olive oil;
Dry components:
2 and 1/2 cups wheat flour (450g);
6 tbsp. l. Sahara;
0.5 tsp salt;
0.5-1 teaspoon of vanillin (bag);
2.5 tsp dry fast-acting yeast for baking;
50g. raisins (pre-soak in cognac);
50g. finely chopped apple or cherry.
Baking time: 2 hours, BAKE RAISIN baking with raisins.
Size "L" (medium), light crust.

JUST KULICH
Liquid components:
50 ml. freshly squeezed orange juice;
100gr. butter;
4 eggs (shake before laying);
For more sweetness and aroma of the dough, you can add 1 tbsp. l. honey;
Dry components:
2.5 cups wheat flour (450g);
4 tablespoons of sugar (if without honey, 5 tablespoons of sugar);
1 teaspoon vanillin
0.5 teaspoons of salt;
2.5 -3 teaspoons of dry yeast;
Spice:
Raisins (candied fruits, nuts) full raisin bin (50-80gr.)
Baking time: 5 hours, DIET mode (BAKE RAISIN) with raisins.
(it is desirable to extract the cake 5 minutes before the end of the program)

Thanks Konstantin! I'll try the first and third. According to Elena Bo's recipe, I bake almost every week, I really like it. By Easter, I really want something new. The only thing is the amount of yeast. I put 2 tsp, maybe from 2.5 it blows the roof. This has already been written about. I will write about the results.

And yet, with raisins, the baking time is really longer. I put the raisins by hand directly through the open lid of the bread machine, after 10-15 minutes. from the start of the dough kneading (total dough kneading time 20 min.). I did not use the standard booker for raisins (although I tried it for fun). It turns out faster and raisins are not so tortured with a stirrer. I recommend always steeping raisins in cognac, it is very tasty. Cognac is evaporated during baking, but the aroma and taste remain. Even children like it. Good luck with your baking business.

I bake everything for 2 hours. Except for "Frenchman" (6 hours). The baking itself in the oven takes only 20 minutes, 20 minutes. - kneading, the rest of the time the dough just fits. The more suitable, the more airy your product.

Konstantin! You have incorrectly indicated the baking time of Elena Bo's cake should be 4 hours and not 2 !!! The cake has just baked and it is raw. I had to bake in the oven. By the way, you contradict yourself. The instructions for the bread maker say "BAKING WITH RAISINS" - 4 hours.

Hurrah! After reading a few recipes, I brought out mine. It turned out to be a cool cake, delicious and lush! In short, I did it on the basis of one recipe found in the internet, only slightly modified it:
1. Milk - 200 ml .;
2.Quick-dissolving yeast "Saf" - 2.5 tsp;
3. Wheat flour - 450 g;
4. Salt - 0.5 tsp;
5. Eggs - 4 pcs .;
6. Sugar - 4 tbsp. l .;
7. Vanillin - 1 tsp;
8. Butter - 100 g;
9. Baking powder - 1.5 tsp;
10. Peeled nuts (hazelnuts), rolled in a meat grinder - 2 tbsp. l .;
11. Raisins - 150 g.

In general, I cooked on a Panasonic bread maker - 255. Naturally, in order, I put all of the above in the form, the raisins - in the dispenser. I didn't put any papers inside. I set the program "Diet", the mode "Baking with raisins", the size is medium. This whole thing was baked for 5 hours. Periodically, out of curiosity, he poked his nose under the lid. I was very disappointed that the dough after kneading did not turn into a ball, but turned out to be somehow liquid. I decided that a complete "kirdyk" had come, and I would have to eat everything that didn’t cook with a spoon. Well, why? All the same, it will be delicious! However, I was worried in vain. Kulich came out just a miracle! Normally browned and rose. I even got out of shape a little! True, when it cooled down, the middle fell a little. Well, it's not scary. The top was decorated with the remnants of minced nuts and powdered sugar with cinnamon. In general, I did not bother and baked everything as usual. Nothing stuck, it turned out just great, and even with some kind of nutty taste. I think that it would be necessary to throw more vanillin, but oh well. That also worked out well.

Yesterday I baked according to recipe # 1, in Panas 255 - it turned out great! Very tall and tasty Easter cake. I added 1 more egg and fresh yeast diluted in milk, correspondingly reducing the amount of milk in the recipe. A, and for color - 1 tsp. saffron. The color of the crust is just what you need, it did not reduce the time.

Now I keep the manual for 255 models and nowhere do I see the baking time of 20 minutes. At least 35-40 in fast mode Or it means that the cake must be removed 20 minutes before the end of baking. But there was a post that on the fast mode the dough is not baked in 2 hours. I would not like to experiment so as not to translate products, but it's expensive.

Only if the yeast is bad, then the chemistry will not help, it just works like a small oven. In general, there is usually a lot of muffin in the cake dough, respectively, and there should be more yeast than in a simple dough. If the yeast is brisk (check), then just increase the amount.
