Girls and boys, I can no longer suffer with my monster - the oven discourages all the desire to bake! The stove is quite expensive, brought to order - I was waiting for it, a parasite, for 3 months and for 2 years now I have been suffering with the oven, although the design is SUPER, but I cannot cook food on the design. Tired of running around with basins of water.

Please advise which stove to buy? At a price no more than 90-100 thousand rubles.
Maybe buy a gas hob and electric convection oven?
Rustic stove
Cat,
IMHO - the hob + oven option is in any case preferable to the stove.
As for the electric oven, the only question here is whether you have a power outlet, where to connect it (the oven). Well, and also - how much electricity will cost you, which the oven will "eat".

Maybe all is not lost with your oven?
My mom had a terrible oven in a gas stove, but she came up with red bricks down the perimeter of the oven, and baked pies for many years in this oven until she left for another apartment))
Cat
Stove, I am offended by this harmful stove, therefore - I will definitely change... Only for what? I have it all heaped up and grill (upper and lower), and gas control, and a timer, and a self-cleaning function, in the lower section there is a device for drying mushrooms / vegetables / fruits, etc. AND THE OVEN STINS DISGUSTING. I'm already afraid to buy a gas oven, it seems to me that electric ones bake more evenly. Or am I wrong??? Help! Give feedback on your stoves and ovens.
Tanyusha
It seems to me that if you put an electric oven on, it will be better than a gas one, I say this because I have an electric stove and I like how it bakes, although it is already 9 years old.

Last fall I also suffered from such a problem. As a result, I stopped at Gorenje GI 438 W. Not a bit sorry. Very fast burners, you can set the smallest fire and it will not go out. There is an electric ignition with one button (it ignites from the second click), gas control of both the comfort and the oven. Gas oven with grill. It bakes not only well, but excellent (which is a rarity for a gas oven). Supplied with the stove: a baking tray for collecting fat, an aluminum and glass baking tray, a wire rack.
I think that an electric oven will consume a lot of electricity, and you need to conduct special wiring.
Freken Bock
I have Gorenje GI 4305 E. I'm very happy. But stainless steel is difficult to care for, it looks either awesome or disgustingly crap, there is no middle state. Any droplet is visible. You constantly need to rub it
Nat_ka
And I have "ARDO" with all the bells and whistles. We bought it a few months ago, the auto-ignition broke down almost immediately, they waited for the part for two months, they say that for many it breaks down immediately. Of all the bells and whistles we do not use ANYTHING, but wash ...

Good evening! I would recommend the separate BOSH installation: the hob is gas and the oven is petal. True, I don't have a Boshevsky oven yet, but I've only heard good things about them. The relatives have a completely BOSH gas stove, without any bells and whistles, wide-format. We have been very satisfied for 5 years already.

And also Ariston (gas) has been working with her friend for ten years. She also bought the same one for the second apartment (she was even looking for a special order), because it is very reliable, especially electric ignition and gas control.
And the color of all is white - they prefer not to rub all the splashes once again.
natalka
And I, at one time, did not read smart forums and bought Ariston, a gas hob and a built-in electric oven. You won't even guess why them ...poto that matched the color to my new kitchen and the design I liked. In principle, the oven suits me very much. All I need is there and nothing superfluous, but with the hob it is more complicated. No, in terms of functions and quality, it also suits, but the location of the comforts (which initially attracted) turned out to be very inconvenient. They are not directly located for me, but diagonally (before that, in my opinion, they only thought of it in Ariston). The distance between the comforts, in this version of the arrangement, is reduced, and on the one that is under the wall, nothing but a Turk can be put at all. So I had to change all the pans for narrow and high ones, although this did not help much either. It's still cramped. Don't make that mistake.

Girls, thanks !!!!! I read it, followed the links (special thanks to Elena Bo). I will buy Gorenje GI 438 and really hope that my torment will end!

Cat, Gorenje GI 438 small slab (50x60). There is the same but 60x60. This I mean that my kitchen is small, and 4 tons. R. for 10 cm. to give, the toad will strangle me personally. But, in principle, if there are opportunities and desire, then more is possible.
I'm sure you won't regret it. She has the oven. I also chose the oven, because I was tortured with the previous stove, but I love this one. And outwardly, like, pretty
Cat
I have a huge kitchen, sorry for the bragging - 40 m, the work surface, not counting a separate "island" for HP, Kenwood, a coffee maker and cutting pies, about 6 meters, but the stove is also 50x60, respectively, the place for the stove is provided for these dimensions (although can be freely expanded). I really liked Gorenje for its design, and if the quality matches it ........ The main thing is the OVEN !!!!!!!!

Dear Cat! Take your time, pick a little more. For me, your problem of choice is very close. There are many very good ovens, I have been looking for a stove for about half a year. At first, she was categorically against the electric air, and also strongly negatively reacted to stainless steel. But I bought a non-razhaveka with ate. oven BOSH and here's why: firstly, stainless steel, it turns out, is different. Look for a coating that resembles varnish on metal. It is very easy to clean, hardly scratches, and looks simply chic. And most importantly, he ate. oven. I will never compare it with the best gas one. Uniform breeding, 12 modes, home canning, etc. etc. Electricity "eats" somewhere for 5-7 cu. That is, a month (if you bake almost every day). Yes, there are two more anti-stick anti-stick props in the set (but not Teflon). I'm already silent about design. By the way, my mother has Gorenje, though I don't know exactly which brand - she is happy, her tiles are about 3 years old, but she still recognized my oven as the best. If you are interested, here are its (tiles) data: BOSH HSV 465 A EU. Good luck !!!

I'm actually a Bosch fan. When I was choosing a stove, I looked first of all at Bosch, of course. With full responsibility I can say that the simplest model of Bosch will be 100-200 more expensive than the handsome Gorene, thought out to the smallest detail.

That's a shame! I also searched with the same success on the internet - only either in my Ukraine or in my historical homeland (Germany) there is a sale of this model. I even have instructions for use in any language, except Slavic. If you don’t find it, don’t worry, Gorenje has many good models, and they are cheaper. Let everything work out for you !!!

I also want to advocate for electric ovens. When they started choosing a new stove more than a year ago, I was tuned in only to a gas oven. After talking with store managers, I was convinced that they are able to answer only one question: "How much does it cost?" and got into the internet for information. In short, she convinced herself that nothing could be better than an electric oven. In terms of functionality, gas ones do not hold out, and with energy consumption, not everything is as bad as it seems at first glance. At least, the electricity bills do not shock me and I do not observe a significant difference in the direction of increase. But how much pleasure
In order not to talk for a long time, I will say that you can play with its functions indefinitely. If the crust is too brown, I leave only the bottom heating, you need to brown the top - here's a grill, you need a couple of hot sandwiches - I turn on only a small grill, puff pastry has never been baked like that in my life - with thin crunchy leaves (also in a special mode). The set temperature is stored exactly. Grilled chicken legs with convection - amazing, with a fried crispy crust and juicy meat. Yeast dough - browns and does not turn into stones. As a nightmare I remember my old oven, in which the bottom was hopelessly burning, and the top did not want to cover itself with a semblance of blush.
Yes, I have Siemens HM 745505E.
I also chose between her and Bosch, then in this one they bribed solid cast-iron gratings

Was in the same thought about the choice of the stove. In a rented apartment stood "Dream-2" of a masochist, on which it was not even possible to cook dumplings normally. We bought a Soviet ZVI cooker. Chosen on the principle of "inexpensive and cheerful". The stove is great! Heats quickly and well, the oven is awesome. At the expense of the fan, the wife baked two large pies at once. Nirazu is not burnt !!! Even when they were forgotten about, and a very strong smell of cake went around the apartment, there were no burnt spots even then. Fried everything evenly. When we bought our house, there was already gas there. The electric stove was successfully sold, the new owners are also very happy. The question arose of choosing a stove for gas. I chose it solely for the quality of the oven. We bought Gorenje 60 cm. We are also very satisfied. The oven bakes great. These seem to be the only gas stoves that have a good oven. The pies are just wonderful. There is also a gas grill. Kura turns out amazingly. The only thing I started to remove was the oven door seal after the first one was changed under warranty due to the gas grill. Everyone is happy with the stove. Moreover, full gas control.

Now I would probably do it differently. Would buy a gas hob and a separate electric oven. Many are simply frightened off by the declared power of the plate of 14-17 kilowatts. Duck is the whole stove with 4 burners! Moreover, the sellers do not really know anything. Modern ovens consume about 2 kilowatts. It's like a good kettle or a washing machine. And the irons are not far from them ... So, even an ordinary sober electrician will pull out a normal wire from the meter to the kitchen in almost any apartment. But in terms of stove qualities, even the simplest electric ovens outrun the best gas ovens. There is convection, and heating from different sides, and all kinds of timers ... And you can put it not on the floor, but at least under the ceiling. Recommend...
Girulka
Here's what I'll tell you about my stove. Three years ago we moved to a new apartment and also chose a stove. As always, we are very scrupulous in the choice of technology, and not only it - until there is "deep research" we will not buy anything. As a result, we buy really worthwhile things. So, after the painful selection, we bought a K774W Combined (electric oven) enamelled burner, at that time it was the fattest in functions from the Burning. Bought it p. H:
1) the original direction of the company, and in fact what they became famous for the kitchen stoves (cars and tape recorders are not produced). Plates are their strong point !;
2) we needed an enamel plate, and Gorenyi had the highest quality and really real enamel (the consultant talked a lot about the features of this enamel, which is called EcoClean, she read it herself, and you can compare it with other brands by touch - the difference is significant);
3) at the expense of Bosch slabs. A relative Bosch with a gas oven. So I was not delighted with her. There is a stove and a Bosch washing machine next to the young lady in the kitchen, so it seems that the stove was made from the base of the same washing machine (they put the burners on top and screwed the oven door into the place of the round hatch) - the enamel is remotely reminiscent, some kind of too plastic in appearance and to the touch - one to one like a washing machine. And the prices for Bosch seem to me too high - you understand the name. I did not want to offend the owners of Bosch plates.
4) with an electric oven, etc. the choice of functions and capabilities is simply huge. And for health, an electric oven is better - our gas is not of the best quality, and the products of combustion of this very gas on cooking products are not very useful to use.
5) this model of Goregni has a very useful function Aqua Clean - the oven self-cleaning program - after the oven is soiled with grease, there is no need to scrub it like we are used to - you just need to pour ½ liter of water into the deco, wait a little and just wipe it with a cloth, everything - the oven is clean! This is my favorite feature in the cooker!

By the way, for those who want to buy a stainless steel stove - Gorenya's stainless steel is also different from other manufacturers - it is solid and does not resemble cans as I saw and felt at some!

Overall, I am very pleased with this stove. True, the plans really want to change it to a glass-ceramic stove. I saw one program about the miracle of Gorenyi glass-ceramics, what they just didn’t get up to with it, how they didn’t mock it - I survived everything! I will change, but only for Gorenya !!!
I ask you not to take everything for advertising and campaigning, this is just my personal experience and impressions. In general, feel everything in real life and you will see the difference yourself - the touch shows a lot!
Cat
Quote: ZHIRULKA

I support all of the above in full, but instead of a gas panel I would now buy a glass-ceramic one!
I will definitely buy "gas on glass" (I still have "gas on glass"), but certainly gas, I didn’t like cooking on electric stoves at all, and I’m used to cooking on gas. The top does not really bother me - the choice is huge, the main thing is the OVEN.
ZHIRULKA, all of the above functions of an electric oven are also present in my current gas oven, right up to the self-cleaning function, and even a little more - a compartment for drying mushrooms (I never used it), but it disgusting bakes, so the set of functions and the price is not yet an indicator, the main thing is the quality of the cookies.

Cat, I join Elena Bo's advice. I also have a Gorenie gas stove and I am very happy. I use a gas oven often and it works very well ... These ovens have good thermal insulation, with the old stove we all ran out of the kitchen when baking - it's hot, but now you hardly feel it ... until the smells go away And the main thing is that everything is baked evenly, evenly ...

You don't like cooking on electric stoves. Do you use a slow cooker? Almost the same principle, and what dishes come out !!!!
Here, say a disgusting bake with the same functions. But in mine it bakes great! and does everything for five-plus.
I agree that "the price is not yet an indicator, the main quality", but it is not possible to make a really good and high-quality thing from cheap material that will last more than one year! I repeat, but "desheva fish is ... bad yushka" as old people say, but they have lived - they know. I'm not saying that you need to buy very expensive things and only they are good (there are a lot of things, the price of which is really overpriced many times and even if it is super-duper, but that money is not worth it), no, you just need to find that golden mean of price / quality, and without personal research this is not possible.

American, I don't remember exactly the name, General is there, in Russia this brand is not widespread, but it passed certification. I ordered it from the catalog and, as a result, I showed it off. how I wanted an oven with a spit, well, just to the point of insanity I calmed down only after I read the accessible explanation of what a forced convection grill is. The essence of this process is that not the chicken spins in front of the heating element, but the air with heat revolve around chicken This mode is really very happy. And the oven does not splatter hopelessly. The main thing is to put all chicken legs in a cold oven, then they heat up with it and do not produce catastrophic splashes.

How does the oven bake buns and cookies?

I have in the summer of 2007. there was also such torment. I changed the stove only because it was too small in size -50X50 (I caught a pan or a frying pan several times). I walked for a long time, chose. I was tormented between a gas oven and an electric one. And then my son began practical work on a special subject in the technical school and they had e-mail in the laboratory. ovens. And the choice was made in favor of an electric oven. We bought BOSCH HSV 745020 size 60x60. Whatever is done in the oven, it turns out very wonderful. Sponge cake, for example, bakes better, rises evenly, and is much higher than in gas.
In general, in my opinion, the technique should be praised more often and it will answer you with kindness and devotion.

Although the oven is gas, it regulates the temperature pretty well.
The crust is golden and baked inside.

I am doing repairs in the kitchen and there was also a question with the stove. Since I don't understand much about this, I decided to follow Elena Bo's advice and take Gorenje GI 438 W. A question to the owners of slabs 60 x 60 cm, off topic, but really needs to be found out.
What size are the baking trays in our ovens (it is the "useful" surface that you are interested in)? I choose a silicone mat, I'm afraid to miscalculate, but my stove is far away ... I understand that differences are possible, but at least I will know approximately. Help me out, please!

I have an old house, almost 5 years old, Indesit, in another Bosch apartment and in the Electrolux dacha (both used, I took it from my hands). I can’t complain about them. Of course, on Bosch and Elektrolux, where the enamel is easy to clean, the oven is much better cleaned and Bosch likes a stainless steel work table, you are not afraid to chip it off with something, like enameled ones.

Gentlemen, no one has a stove (BOSCH HSG 343051 R)? how are your impressions?

I don't know how it is now, but about 4 years ago Bosch had very bad ovens in gas stoves. Dances with a tambourine had to be danced around the cake so that it would not burn and undercooked at the same time. Friends have this. Nice, comfortable, expensive ... But the oven let us down.
torturesru
Similarly, I scold Bosch, he has problems with the gas thermostat - both the grill and the oven are buggy. Such a stove is in our apartment, which we rent. The only consolation is that it was bought from hands for 1/4 of the price, and so it is really very beautiful. They say that since in the West the fashion has switched to electric stoves or gas stoves with electric ovens, the leading manufacturers have sharply reduced the quality of stoves with all-gas equipment and they are now made not in the main workshops, but in enterprises in other countries.

I looked at the stove burning GI 438 W, like I liked everything. But nowhere is it available in Ukraine, even on the site, burning did not find such a model, can it be discontinued? Everywhere there is a GI 439 W, I can't find the difference yet, but there are bad reviews about it on the catalog, everything breaks down, when the grill is working, parts melt, etc. Who can clarify the situation?

We have a burning stove. only 60 cm. For 4 years there were no breakdowns. The oven is amazing. The grill is great. Partly true about the melted handles. I melted them myself through my own fault. There is a reflective screen in the kit to protect the handles. So I forgot to put it. The oven seal also burst. Changed under warranty. Now, when the grill is working, I remove it. Gas control and ignition work flawlessly. There is also a joke with a timer. It is electronic, therefore it is designed to work with an electric oven-hob. For a gas stove, it's just like a clock and a beeping timer. Tobish he does not turn off either the oven or the burners.
Sofim
Antoine, do you have a gas or electric grill? and which model of the stove?
Antoine
Sofim!
To be honest, I don't remember the model ..
something like GI 4368. size 60x60. Gas grill. Beast. He makes a chicken just amazingly in an hour and a half. Due to the powerful grill, the handles melt. Oven flawlessly. Slightly worse than a good electrical one.
Sofim
For some reason, sellers advise an electric grill, but it is much more expensive .. so is this function necessary? I'm afraid that I won't use it at all, I cook mainly in a multicooker
Antoine
then take a fully electric oven. There are more opportunities, the quality of heating is higher. I would do that now. Gas hob and electric oven.
torturesru
Antoine only for electricity you will have to pay at the price for apartments with gas :( and it's not a fact that the wiring is designed for such powerful devices. And so the oven is much better, it keeps the temperature accurate to the degree, and from the point of view of ecology, electricity is much safer and no gas combustion products
Antoine

Antoine only for electricity you will have to pay at the price for apartments with gas :( and it is not a fact that the wiring is designed for such powerful devices.
The oven does not consume much electricity. 2500 watts. Like a good teapot. Plus does not work continuously. Only the initial heating, and then maintaining the temperature. So if there is a washing machine at home, then you can easily pick up the oven. And, given the gas prices, it will soon make no difference what kind of oven. Electric or gas.
torturesru
Firstly, many with a multi-8 mode consume up to 3.5 kW, and secondly, about gas prices, the statement is true only with gas meters, otherwise we will pay both for gas and for the electricity consumed. If someone puts such a stove alone, then everything will be fine, but if the whole house, then, I'm afraid, the riser will smoke.
