The meat turned out to be just excellent and it seemed to me that the taste is more intense than when cooking just in the saucepan of a pressure cooker ... Although it may just depend on the amount of spices. Now I don’t know whether it’s worth bothering with a bag next time, or just cooking in a bowl.
