Ingredients

flour 175gr
powdered sugar 210gr
raisins 200gr
peeled almonds 200gr
fried hazelnuts 200gr
walnuts 100gr
peeled pistachios 100gr
acacia honey or any other liquid honey 210gr
cinnamon 2h l.
nutmeg 1 / 2h l.

Cooking method

  • Soak the raisins in water for a few minutes, then squeeze them out and add to the nuts.

  • Place the sugar and honey in a stainless steel pot and melt over low heat, not stirring, until the syrup is amber in color.

  • Transfer the dough into a rectangular shape lined with baking paper.

  • Try to level the surface and bake in a preheated oven at 160C for 30 minutes.
  • Then you need to cool the resulting nougat and cut into slices.
