Ingredients:

Cocoa powder 0.5 cups
Brown sugar 0.5 cups
White sugar 0.5 cups
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Eggs 3 pcs.
Vanilla
Butter 0.5 cups
Milk 0.5 cups

Cooking method

  • Mix the ingredients in a food processor or hand mixer, pour into a micro baking dish, cover and bake at highest power for 6 minutes.

  • My additions: I added half a cup of chopped walnuts to the finished dough and baked for half a minute more. Already ready, still warm, brownies poured abundantly with condensed milk, let it soak a little and sprinkled with multi-colored sprinkling for cakes and Easter cakes for beauty.

Yesterday we ate "chocolate on boiling water", but today it became somehow sad, I wanted sweets, no one to run away (but I want to eat a tasty treat right now!). Here I look at the recipe. I used to be friends with mikra, but baking on microwaves was only a joy to the trash can. And here in 6 minutes they promise this ..... Well, if anything, I decided, I'll throw it out while my husband is not at home .... I did everything as written, and the form is only glass for micro. It turned out that everything was baked on top, and a damp spot turned out at the bottom. I put an inverted brownie without a lid for 3 minutes in the microwave on a plate - everything was baked, but the shiny spot remained shiny. The view is not very good, but very tasty !!!!! And most importantly, the brownies are not wet, as it seemed to me, it turned out !!! Accordingly, with the impregnation of condensed milk, it would become even tastier (I did not have condensed milk). I've baked this several times already. From experience: slightly lengthened the time, not 6, but 8 minutes. After turning off the microwave, do not take it out immediately, but let it stand for a while, cool down. Then the wetness below, it seems, turns out to be less. In general, this recipe in a hurry in our family even went really badly.

In what form does it work best ???? I made in a saucepan (glass for microwave ovens) a diameter almost the size of a micro plate, with a capacity of 3.5 liters. I think a silicone mold for pizza will not work - the side is low. In a round plastic cup ???
