The taste is just for me: a combination of a solid, chocolate biscuit and a sour layer of cottage cheese. This time it was crooked, I applied the curd layer 5 times, the mass did not end there. I did it both from a bag and from a syringe to understand which is more convenient. I liked more from the bag. When I was packing, I thought, next time I’ll do half a portion.And when I was ready I realized that it wasn’t, this layer was the most awesome! And favorably sets off the chocolate biscuit. So the conclusion is the following: organize the pads smaller, and make the hole in the bag bigger (so that the mass does not fit in with sloppy pretzels). I will repeat unambiguously, cooled down is very tasty.

I baked a pie this weekend. I decided to find Pudding for the purity of the experiment. Found it, baked it. I liked the version with homemade cottage cheese and starch better! The difference in tastes of the 2 ingredients is more noticeable. The chocolate biscuit sounds brighter, or something ... This time I also changed the execution of the pie: I made it on a baking sheet, there was a bigger hole in the bag with the curd mixture, the layer turned out to be only 1. Here are the pictures:
