Ingredients

For the test:
Wheat flour 7 tbsp. l.
Softened butter 150 g
Egg 2 pcs.
Condensed cocoa bank
Soda
+ a few drops of lemon juice
1/2 tsp
Vanilla sugar
For the cream:
Good sour cream 300 g
Sugar 0.5 tbsp.
Can 1 powder
thickening cream hardener,
but not necessarily,
if sour cream is good
For casting:
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Cocoa 3 tsp
Milk 4 tbsp. l.
Butter 50 g

Cooking method

  • Soak a handful of raisins in 20-30g brandy.
  • Prepare the form:
  • Cover with oiled or baking paper.
  • Prepare the dough:
  • Stir everything for the dough without flour.
  • Add flour.
  • Stir well.
  • Pour into a mold.
  • Prepare the cream:
  • Knock down the sour cream with a mix of sugar.
  • Chill in the refrigerator.
  • Carefully free the finished cake of the future cake from the form and paper.
  • Leave to cool on the table.
  • Cut the cooled cake into three parts horizontally.
  • Spread (generously) the bottom cake with cream,
  • sprinkle with raisins.
  • Cover with a second flatbread.
  • Spread the top of the second (generously) with cream,
  • sprinkle with raisins.
  • Cover with the last flatbread.
  • Casting:
  • Cook it just before the end.
  • Heat all components
  • put butter in a warm mass.
  • Cook for 7-10 minutes. stirring continuously.
  • Pour the cake over the top and from all sides.
  • Cool down.

Time for preparing:

about 60 min.

Cooking program:

Bake at T 140 degrees
