Ingredients

pork cheeks 2
potatoes 1
bulb half
garlic cloves 2

Cooking method

  • Pickle the pork cheeks a couple of hours before cooking. To do this, lay out the cheeks in a baking container, salt, pepper, add vegetable oil, bay leaf and fill with wine. We put it in the refrigerator.

  • When the cheeks are marinated, take out the container with meat from the refrigerator and add to it the chopped half of the onion, the potato, peeled and diced. 🔗 🔗
  • Preheat the oven to 220 gr. C and put our dish in it. After 20 minutes, stir the potatoes and turn over the cheeks. The total baking time is about 45 minutes, depending on the power of the oven. Do not forget to pour the sauce on your cheeks, which is formed during the cooking process, so that they do not dry out.
