Ingredients

Egg 3 pcs
Sugar 150 g
Butter 200 g
Chocolate 200 g
Flour 130 g

Cooking method

  • Beat the eggs with a whisk not to fanaticism and add sugar, beat without trying to ensure that the sugar is all dissolved.
  • We melt chocolate and butter in a water bath or in a microwave, I often do this in a microwave for 10-20 seconds in several approaches.
  • Into the sugar-egg mixture, add chocolate and butter, continuing to whisk everything with a whisk.
  • Add flour, mix everything and pour into a mold.
  • Baked on the grill + convection mode at 180 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
  • It is delicious and very chocolatey.

Note

Often at the stage of adding butter and chocolate, I add cocoa (2-3 tbsp. L), our usual Russian, then the brownie turns out with a slight bitterness. But this time the child asked for no cocoa. It is delicious and very chocolatey.

Well, yes .... it turns out more of an oven option. Although I bake on the microwave, it looks like a biscuit there, not a classic version. You can try it in a slow cooker, the same is delicious.

But for the first time on the program, convection and waves - overdried (convection and grill do not have such a function), but yesterday it was just on microwaves, 👍 honestly I don’t remember maybe 7 minutes, in general I stood nearby and watched as a crust formed on top of the entire surface turned it off immediately! How delicious and mego chocolate turned out! And so fast! Half ate yesterday, and put the other in the refrigerator! I liked it even more after the refrigerator!
