The first problem arose when it was necessary to measure ml. Are they equal to grams or not? And how to correctly convert ml to grams. My scales are very accurate, but the measuring cups for some reason are terrible individualists. Each of its 100 ml is by no means similar to the same 100 ml in another container.
And another question - 1.5 teaspoons of yeast is not very much for 300 grams of flour?
The abundance of information in my head is already a complete mess. I think I read somewhere that when there is a lot of yeast, the bread will not be fluffy.

Now what is the result. The weight of the finished product was 505 grams. But probably due to the fact that I took a large form, the bun turned out to be short. And even after the second batch, I decided that she didn't like lying lonely in the corner of the mold. She grabbed it with her hands and moved it in the center. I tried to do everything neatly, but probably you can't touch and drag in shape?
And it also seemed to me that she was not very fluffy. Even tight ... in my opinion.
It seems to me that I am doing something wrong or doing something wrong.
Maybe someone can help figure it out .... I would be very grateful.

The dough can be straightened and even taken out of the hp and the mixer removed, I often do this if I am at home and not busy. It is necessary to catch the moment of the last workout and immediately after that do everything.
And the form, yes, apparently too big for such a quantity of test. You can increase the recipe, if that. For example, if you need to add 500 g of flour, then we multiply all the ingredients by 1.67. That is, water will need 230 ml, condensed milk 135 ml, etc.
