Apple-lemon charlotte in a multicooker Maruchi RW-FZ47

Ingredients

Eggs 4 things
Sugar 1 glass
Flour 1 glass
Baking powder 1 tsp
Apples 2-3 pcs
Lemon 1/2 pc
Sugar for sprinkling fruit 3-4 tbsp. spoons
Butter 50 g
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Wash the apples and lemon, remove the core from the apples, cut the fruit. Apples in thin slices, cut a half of a lemon lengthwise into two parts, then across in thin slices. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and stir.
  • Put butter (in small pieces) into the multicooker bowl, turn on the Heat for a couple of minutes so that the butter melts. Put apples with lemon in a bowl, pour over them with allocated juice.
  • Sift flour, mix with baking powder. Beat the eggs with sugar (plain and vanilla) well, carefully so that the dough does not fall off, stir in the flour with baking powder. Pour the dough over the apples, switch on the Baking program.
  • At the end of the program, turn off the keeping warm, let the biscuit stand for another 10 minutes under the closed lid, then remove it from the bowl using the steamer insert.

Note

Flour and sugar were measured in ordinary faceted 200 ml glasses. You can take a whole lemon, I had half a large lemon.
