Pastry Hot chocolate with cherries and black currants

Ingredients

eggs 2 pcs
butter 50 g
flour 50 g
sugar 100 g
cocoa 4 tbsp
liqueur "Creme de Cassis de Bourgogne" (rum) 2 tbsp
vanilla extract 2-3 drops
cherry 100-150 g
black currant 100-150 g
6 molds with a volume of 100-120 ml
butter for greasing molds

Cooking method

  • 1. Mix flour with cocoa, melt butter and cool. Grease the molds with butter and put the berries on the bottom. I used fresh frozen and made three with cherries and three with currants.
  • 2. Beat eggs with sugar in a fluffy mass, add butter without stopping whipping and add mixed with cocoa powder. Divide the dough into two parts and add liquor to one and rum and vanilla extract to the other.
  • 3. Divide the dough into tins and place in an oven preheated to 180C for 10-12 minutes - until the top crust forms (the middle should remain liquid).
  • 4. Let the finished dessert cool for a couple of minutes and you can enjoy it.
