Sugar 2.5 tbsp spoons (I took brown)
Salt 1.3 tsp (about 1 and 1/3)
Pressed yeast 10 gr
Bitter chocolate 95 gr (finely chopped)
Walnuts 50 g (chopped)

In warm water, she dissolved the yeast + 0.5 tbsp. l. sugar + 1 tbsp. l. flour
While cutting the chocolate and nuts, the yeast foamed. Then she poured the yeast into a bucket, poured in butter, added flour, the remaining sugar, salt, cocoa, cream. I have Rolsen, there is such a bookmark. I chose the Sdoba program. In other HP, it may be "Sweet baked goods". The size is set to 900 g, the crust is light. At the signal, she poured in chocolate and nuts. After 2 hours. 55 minutes the result is an amazingly tasty, tall, porous, aromatic, and most importantly, lean bread.
