Ingredients

Dough
Butter or margarine for baking 100 g
Sugar 75 g
Flour 200 g
Egg 1 PC
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt pinch
Filling
Cottage cheese 100 g
Sweet curd mass 100 g
Honey 1 tbsp. l.
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Toasted almonds 50 th
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Knead shortcrust pastry or defrost ready-made. Prepare the filling by mixing all the ingredients. Brush the edges with a beaten egg. Roll the dough into a roll. Cut the roll into rings 1.5-2 cm thick. Lightly press down on each bun and roll in sugar on one side.
  • Put the back of the buns on a baking sheet with parchment and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. at t -180gr.

A strange (for me) combination of crunchy shortcrust pastry and soft curd filling. It happened quite by accident, detective straight. In the morning, she took out the finished puff pastry from the freezer and took Masya to the garden. I arrived, fed Sanya with pills, kneaded the filling, opened the dough, and there it was SANDY !!! Well, don't freeze! The portion of the dough is small 230 g (the French are misers), so we got buns. If you make a full portion of the dough, then there will be buns, but buns are more fun. The amount of filling for buns, for buns, double its amount. And one more thing: the combination of honey and cinnamon is something!

That is, the recipe is a complete accident ...
