Serbian pleskavica in Steba DD1 ECO

Ingredients

Minced meat (I have beef) 400 g
Bulb onions 1 pc small
Garlic 4 cloves
Dijon mustard 1 heaped teaspoon
Thyme, oregano by a pinch
Ground sweet paprika 1 teaspoon
Freshly ground pepper taste
Capers 5-6 pcs
Mild creamy cheese 50 g
Hard cheese (I have Parmesan) 50-70 g
Green beans (frozen) 2 handfuls
Red beans, 1 can (you can cook it yourself) 400 g
Any mushrooms (I took forest mushrooms, frozen, champignons can be used) 100 g
Olive or vegetable oil 3-4 tablespoons
Fat cream 30% or more 200 ml
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Preparation:
  • 1. Finely chop the onion, peel 2 cloves of garlic and finely chop. Add onion and garlic to the minced meat. Finely chop capers and mince. Salt, ½ teaspoon of paprika, Dijon mustard, thyme, oregano, a little freshly ground pepper - add all this to the minced meat and mix very well.
  • 2. Cut the cheese (soft) into thin slices.
  • 3. Chop the mushrooms finely enough.
  • 4. Grate hard cheese.
  • 5. Throw red beans in a colander, let the liquid drain.
  • 6. Divide the minced meat into 4 parts (it can be 2), roll the balls, then put each ball into a cake 5-7 mm thick, put some slices of cheese on one half, close with the other half (it is convenient to lift it with a knife) and pinch the edges. We get 4 pleskavits.
  • 7. Turn on Stebik for Roasting for 12 minutes. I took the teflon bowl. After the signal, pour oil and put 2 cloves of garlic (just crush with a knife), fry the garlic for 2 minutes, then remove the garlic and put in the splash. Fry for 5 minutes, then turn gently, add mushrooms and fry until the end of the program.
  • 8. At the end of the Roasting program, add green and red beans, salt, add paprika and freshly ground pepper, pour cream, sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Meat mode 15 minutes.
  • Recipe by Serge Markovich. I changed a little for myself, he added beans a little bit, made the sauce, I added more, made a side dish.
  • In general, pleskavitsa is the same cutlet, the Serbs have many options for its preparation.
  • To say what happened, I quote Markovich, is BITTING, this is to say nothing. It turned out VERY GOOD! Delicate, juicy meat. Beans with mushrooms in cream are delicious!
