Ingredients

buckwheat flour 1 tbsp.
pumpkin puree 1 tbsp.
olive oil ¼ st
maple syrup 6 tbsp. l
water ¼ st
ground cinnamon 1 tsp
ground cloves ¼ h. L.
ground ginger ¼ h. L.
vanilla extract 1 tsp
soda 1 tsp
Apple vinegar 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Mix together the buckwheat flour, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and baking soda. Mix separately the pumpkin puree, olive oil, maple syrup, vanillin, and water. Combine the two mixtures and add apple cider vinegar.
  • Place the dough in a mold and smooth the surface. Bake at 1750From about 50-60 minutes.
  • Let cool completely before slicing. The bread is very fragile and crumbly.

Very aromatic spicy wet bread. Free from eggs, gluten and yeast. Keeps well for several days and, in my opinion, only gets better. It is impossible to bake completely in a x / oven, since such a dough in soda cannot be proofed.
