Chocolate sponge cake in Brand 6051 pressure cooker

Ingredients

flour 180 g
sugar 160-180g
cocoa 50-80g
milk 250 ml
eggs 2 pcs
rast. oil 50 ml
baking powder 5 g

Cooking method

  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cocoa. Beat the eggs with a mixer, not necessarily hard, mix the eggs and the dry mixture, add milk and butter. Beat again. Baked on Baking for 60 minutes.
  • Cover with icing or chocolate. I just sprinkled it with powdered sugar.
  • Everything is very simple, but nevertheless very tasty.
