Mackerel in a multicooker Redmond RMC-M70

Ingredients

Mackerel - 1 PC
Vegetable oil - 2 dessert spoons
Liquid smoke - 2 dessert spoons
Salt, pepper, spices

Cooking method

  • Peel the mackerel, cut off the tail, head, fins and cut into two pieces. Take two sheets of foil and put one piece of mackerel on each sheet. Then salt the mackerel, sprinkle with pepper and seasonings for fish, pour one dessert spoon of oil and liquid smoke. Wrap the foil and put in a bowl (put a rug on the bottom). Set the BAKING program for 40 min. After 25 minutes, turn the mackerel and cook until the end of the program. Then remove the mackerel, cool, unfold and pour over the resulting juice.
