Yeast a little bit

Cooking method

  • Added yeast - a little less than half a measured tsp. (just blurred my eyes)

I decided to try to bake this bread according to the corrected recipe. True, I took a quick rye starter 300 ml. Set the mode for whole grain flour. The dough turned out to be very thin. I had to add about 100 g of flour. The regime did not touch, left everything as it is. The bread was poured up and rested on the lid of the bread machine for another half an hour before the end of baking. When it's finally ready, I'll post the photos.
Obviously, you need to reduce the water to 230-250 ml and remove the yeast completely. I'll try again in a couple of days.
