Mushroom cutlets


forest mushrooms (before boiling) 1 kg
bulb onions 2 pcs
eggs 4 things
breadcrumbs 4st. spoons

Cooking method

  • Fresh mushrooms, peel, wash, boil in salted water, put in a colander. When the water drains, pass through a meat grinder with a large wire rack. Finely chop the onion and fry in a little vegetable oil. In a bowl, combine minced mushroom, fried onions, 2 tablespoons of crackers, eggs, salt, pepper. Mix well, let the minced meat brew a little. Form cutlets, bread them in breadcrumbs and fry until tender in vegetable oil for about 10-15 minutes.
  • The color of the cutlets depends on the mushrooms. I had flywheels, they darken during cooking.


What are the cutlets to taste? If you put raw onions and bread in the purchased breading, then none, and if you fry the onions and make the breading from a good loaf, then you will hardly lick your fingers, but you can eat.
