Ingredients

Fresh forest mushrooms (boletus) 300 g
Garlic 2 tooth
Fresh thyme 2 twigs
Parsley 2 twigs
Salt. freshly ground pepper taste
Chili pepper dry (not used) 1 PC
Olive oil 2st. l.
Butter 20 g
Lemon (not used) 1 PC
Bread 2 slices

Cooking method

  • Rinse the mushrooms, dry with a towel. This is important, the mushrooms should not be wet. Cut.
  • Heat olive oil in a wide frying pan, put mushrooms in one layer and fry until tender.
  • Add 1 clove of garlic passed through a press, chopped herbs, season with salt, pepper, add butter and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add lemon juice.
  • Fry the bread, grate with garlic (1 tooth).
  • Put mushrooms on the bread.
