Chocolate curd dessert

Ingredients

Cottage cheese (at least 9% fat) 600g
Cream 30% fat 200ml
Gelatin 25g
Sugar 6 tbsp. l.
Dark chocolate 100g
White chocolate 100g

Cooking method

  • Soak gelatin in 150 ml. boiled water, let it swell, heat in a water bath, without boiling.
  • Melt the chocolate in two different bowls in a water bath. Add 300 g of cottage cheese to each of them, 100 ml each. cream, 75 ml. dissolved gelatin and 3 tbsp. l. Sahara.
  • Mix the contents of two bowls separately in a blender until smooth.
  • Cover the round shape with cling film. Pour the mass into the mold in layers. Refrigerate for less than 2-3 hours. Carefully turn the form onto a plate, remove the foil, and decorate the dessert with chocolate chips.

I meant - in one bowl, mix dark chocolate with cottage cheese, cream, gelatin and sugar, then in the second bowl mix white chocolate as well, but SEPARATE! And then it is poured in layers.
