Pie Bead (multi-pressure cooker Brand 6051)

Ingredients

cream from 20% 200ml
sugar 120g
eggs 2 pcs
flour 160g
vanilla sugar, baking powder by sachet
salt pinch
gooseberry 1 st.

Cooking method

  • Why Pie "Bead"?
  • When baking this pie in the oven, the gooseberries are half peeking out of the dough and resemble beads.
  • And even if you sprinkle with powder, then the beauty is terrible !!!
  • The threshold is very easy to prepare and even easier to eat.
  • Remove the stalks from gooseberries and cut them into halves.
  • Beat the cream, gradually add sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla sugar.
  • Mix flour with baking powder, sift and knead the dough.
  • Grease a bowl with oil, pour out the dough, spread the gooseberry halves on top.
