sour cream 24% 3 tsp
vegetable oil 1 tsp
egg 1 PC
wheat flour, higher. varieties 110 g
seeded rye flour 130 g
salt 0.7 tsp
sugar 1 tsp
yeast 1 tsp
sunflower seeds 1 tbsp. l. in dough + for sprinkling)

Cooking method

  • I used the fermented milk product "Zakvaska" Brest-Litovskaya, it is quite possible to replace it with kefir. Baked on the "Gluten Free" program. Probably missed because there are pretty cracks on the roof, but the bread is very, very tasty)
