  • So, I pour condensed milk (I have Rogachev's) into a glass jar with a screw cap. I do not tighten the lid tightly, only slightly.
  • A silicone mat is placed in the bowl at the bottom. I put a can of condensed milk on it. I fill it with water so that it is level or slightly higher than the milk.

  • I close the lid, install the weighting agent. Soup / Stew mode 60 minutes. Usually the valve closes at about 38-40 minutes on the display, that is, after 20-22 minutes from the start of the mode, and the milk is cooked under pressure for almost 40 minutes. After the end of the regime, I wait for the pressure to equalize by itself (about 10 minutes). I open the lid. I leave the jar to cool with the water ... for about an hour. Then I take out the jar, and it cools down on the table.
