Ingredients

Semolina 90 gr.
Sour cream 4 tbsp. l.
Dry cottage cheese 800gr.
Milk 200gr.
Egg 2 pcs.
Sugar 100gr
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Raisins to taste (you can skip it)

Cooking method

  • 90 gr. mix semolina with 4 tbsp. l. sour cream and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
  • 800gr. dry cottage cheese +200 ml. milk (or 1 kg. soft cottage cheese)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100-120 grams of sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • Mix everything until smooth with a blender. There will be a liquid mixture.
  • Add the pre-washed raisins.
  • Be sure to put a non-stick cloth or baking paper on the bottom of the bowl to make it easier to reach (otherwise it will stick to the bottom, since it is very tender, sweet and moist). Lubricate the bowl with oil. Pour the mixture.
  • Baking mode 1 hour + 30 min. on heating without opening the lid (you can remove it immediately, it will not fall off).
  • Remove the bowl and let it cool slightly so that the casserole moves away from the sides of the bowl. Turn over onto a dish.

I've never made a casserole before. Yes, it just didn't work out for me in the oven of my old stove. According to this recipe, I made the most tender, it reminded me of casseroles from my childhood. Thanks for the recipe, but I've improved it. Curd is necessarily soft. I coat the bottom with butter and spread the mass, level it. I don’t put any paper, because for the first time I baked it according to the recipe and I swore all over, and this is how it turns out a golden crust. After baking, I turn it over onto a board larger than the bowl and cut it. By the evening, the casserole is eaten.
