Trying to overcome the "Er3" problem, I re-soldered the transistors, soldered the board contacts, checked the thermal sensor (and in vain looked for a replacement for it) - nothing helped. Error "Er3" from the display did not disappear. For two and a half years the bread maker stood half-disassembled.
In the end, the wife decided to buy a new one, with similar capabilities, but from a different manufacturer. They decided to sell the old one for spare parts at the cost of a new bucket and there were already those who wanted to, but ... Before the sale, it was necessary to assemble the stove.
My wife joked: "Don't accidentally repair it, we already have a new one!" I, of course, laughed at the joke. Collected, turned on and, lo and behold - the ominous inscription disappeared, and instead of it there was a standard indication! And the stove is working again, it bakes bread and jam regularly. We now have two bread makers.
The bottom line from all that has been said is that "Er3" is by no means always a problem of a thermal sensor or transistors (see discussion of this topic). It is likely that this is simply a problem with the board contacts or a microdefect in its tracks. Perhaps during the final assembly, I still managed to close the desired circuit. Of course, it is not a fact that the defect will not appear again. But if the problem recurs, I will definitely be looking for a bad contact, not a faulty part. Note that the stove operates in high heating and cooling modes. With often high humidity in the kitchen, moisture condensation on the contacts and their oxidation is quite possible ... That is, the first step in trying to eliminate this malfunction should be cleaning the removable contacts in the connectors, first of all, of course, of the temperature sensor.

I have a LG HB-151JE bread machine. I bought a used one for a ridiculous amount of money. It worked well for a year, then the baking programs stopped pressing (no matter how problematic I was using only the first "Main" one), and after some more time I had to conjure over the start button for 5 minutes.
I disassembled, found out that from time to time (possibly from temperature) on the loop that goes from the control unit to the keyboard, a break in the conductive tracks was visually observed. I did not find anything sensible on the forums for repair.
Due to family circumstances, along the way, with the workload, the work was thrown, as they say, in a distant box for about 1.5 years.
I was digging the forum again, I watched the s / h (the price of space is at least in Ukraine).
In general, I did the following manipulations:
1. From the old not working DVD and radio receiver, the tact buttons were dropped.
2. He removed the control panel from the bread maker, removed the control unit, removed the keyboard itself, and ripped out the same conductive dorzhki from the keyboard.
3. In the case of the panel, I drilled holes for 8 with a drill, inserted the soldered buttons
4. Looking at the loop (it is of two halves) I soldered the buttons with wires - from the first half to one side of the button legs, and the second half of the buttons to the other side of the button legs. It turned out something like this
5. Then I soldered the control unit with the buttons with long wires (according to the native loop).
6. Plugged in the network, checked the performance.
7. Everything worked out, fixed the buttons and wires with hot glue, assembled and installed in place
8. Since the buttons protrude slightly, the front side is fixed on a thick layer of liquid nails around the perimeter by slightly pressing down to the desired level
