  • 1) I washed the chicken breast. She put it in the bowl. Water - up to 3 liters
  • Soup program
  • * This item can be skipped. Cut the meat into pieces - it will cook well along with everything else.
  • This will save 1 hour. But the fulfillment of this item allows you to increase the portion of the soup - due to the removed bones
  • 2) Put the meat out of the bowl. Disassemble from the bones. Strain the broth gently into a soup pot.
  • * I do this so that the accidental bone does not spoil the mood.
  • When there are few teeth left, you start to treat them very anxiously.
  • 3) Cut meat, ham, sausage, sausages and cucumbers into thin noodles

  • 4) Chop the onion and carrots into thin strips.
  • * I was taught that there should be a lot of onions, a lot.
  • It gives flavor and distinctiveness. And what is surprising. I don't like onions. But in this soup - it is not felt at all. As if it dissolves - I leave it tasty - but not a mystery onion
  • 5) Pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil into the bowl

Note

Very soulful and delicious soup.
For greater satiety, I added potatoes. Since the soup is not cooked for a long time, I cut the potatoes into thin and small pieces.
Fried - to make it tastier.
Important! First fry the onions, carrots and potatoes - and then just add the tomato paste. Otherwise the potatoes will be slightly rubbery.
If done without potatoes, then onions, carrots and tomato paste can be fried together
