Cooking method

  • Mix flour and bran of two types, sift. Put the ingredients in the bread maker's bucket according to the instructions. Bake with the "Instant Whole Grain Bread" program. In my oven, the duration is 2 hours 21 minutes. Weight 750, medium crust.

Note

At the first batch, look at the bun, you may need 1 liter of water. Because of the heat, the bread does not cool for a long time, I had to cut the warm one (uneven cut). And I tried to fix the roof for a more beautiful one, in vain, it did not work. The roof did not collapse, but not even. The bread tastes very interesting, very satisfying, suitable for breakfast and lunch.
