Pizza on thin crust in Panasonic SD-2500 bread maker

dry yeast 2 tsp
flour 400 gr.
salt 3/4 tsp
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
water 250 ml

Cooking method

We put the ingredients in the bread maker in the order indicated in the recipe. And do not be confused by the lack of sugar, as it confused me. But I still decided to trust the recipe book from my Panasonic bread maker, she (both the book and the bread maker) has not let me down yet. So, we loaded everything, closed the lid, turned on the oven, and chose a program for kneading pizza dough. The time indicator will show that we have a full 45 minutes to prepare the filling.
We make a pizza sauce (forgive me pizza maker): a little tomato, finely chopped basil, olive oil. Two circles with a diameter of 26 cm take a teaspoon of tomato, a teaspoon of oil, basil to taste.
Cheese for the filling is better than mozzarella, but I love gouda. I grind the cheese on a coarse grater. Also in the filling went minced meat, finely chopped 1/4 of the onion, thinly chopped tomato, and sausages at the request of the pizza eater. Greens are cheese with wasabi. It is green with a light taste and aroma of wasabi horseradish. It melts well, and I decided to use it as a decoration.
While I was preparing the filling, the dough was kneaded. When I looked under the lid of the bread machine, I was a little upset. It seemed that the dough didn't work out. However, as soon as I took it out of the tray, my frustration disappeared. The dough was excellent: moderately fluffy, sticky, pliable and elastic.
This dough was cut into 4 equal parts, rolled into circles, sprinkled with flour on the pizza form, put the dough.
I smeared the dough with pizza sauce, sprinkled it with grated cheese (I read somewhere that grated cheese sticks the filling to the dough), put minced meat, tomatoes, sausage slices and sprinkled generously with cheese. I once seasoned a pizza with mayonnaise. Never do this! It is impossible to eat.
Well, I put some grated green cheese on top.
And put it in the microwave, on convection mode, 200 degrees, 15 minutes. It was delicious. Therefore, I did not have time to photograph the whole pizza.

The dish is designed for

4 pizzas with a diameter of 26 cm

Time for preparing:

Miss Raspberry, well! You reminded me that I haven't made pizza for a long time. Oh, almost a year! We moved to live in a country house and, in joy, almost every day I light a barbecue and fry all kinds of kebabs on the fire. And the oven is idle ...
TV-lad, thank you for the thin crust. I cooked by hand, without a bread machine. Enough for 2 large pizzas for the whole baking sheet (2 cheese, sausage, fried onion tomatoes). Finally, we have a Pizza with little dough and enough filling. And delicious crispy edges.

Pizza with little dough and enough filling
I here the other day (well, like the other day, a month ago) decided to make my husband 10 such pizzas to work with me. In their men's team, it is customary to order pizzas for the whole office for their birthday. We wanted to break the tradition and treat his colleagues to homemade pizza. This recipe helped me out well. The dough was kneaded three times, and baked in aluminum tins for baking pizzas and pies. It turned out to be just beauty - the pizza is exactly round, well, the dough itself is thin, and we did not regret the fillings, especially the cheese. The husband also took part in the process of creating pizzas. In general, at his work everything was gorged happily. Now the next birthday boy has brought homemade cakes.

It's half one of those 12, overexposed in the oven.

: wall: only now the filling has stopped falling off the cake. Why haven't I met this advice before ??

this advice before
as usual: live and learn.
I recently learned how to make the right pizza sauce. It turns out to be cooked. And an interesting note of taste is given by oregano, garlic and basil.

And where is he? Recipe?
Today I sculpted the wrong sauce - ketchup and sun-dried tomato oil.

But my dough is not baked😂😂👎🏻. I knead the dough according to the recipe for thin dough in cotton, everything is perfectly kneaded and fits. I bake in the oven with Max. temp. 250g. 15-20 minutes (if you keep it longer, the cheese starts to burn), but the dough is not baked and even less crunchy. Maybe I'm not greedy with the filling ??? Stove "Kaiser", maybe it's the stove? Tell me how many toppings to put on pizza?
How thick is the dough? What do you use as a filling? Do you grease the dough with sauce before placing the filling?
I think I realized my mistake, I need a convection oven. I'll try tomorrow. Thank you for responding.
And I do it without convection, I can turn it on for 3-5 minutes at the end, it is normally baked on "top-bottom". Thanks to the author for the recipe!
TV-lad, Tatyana, tell me the next nuance: smeared the dough with sauce, laid out the filling, sprinkled with cheese and .... straight into the oven? or let it rise a little?
