Mushroom Pie

Ingredients

Dough:
Milk 1/2 cup
dry yeast 1/2 tbsp. l.
sugar 1/2 tsp
egg 1 PC.
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
flour 1.5 cups
salt taste
Filling:
mushrooms 300g
potatoes 300g
onion 1 PC.
hard cheese 100g
sour cream approximately

Cooking method

  • Add sugar and yeast to warm milk. Put in a warm place for 15 minutes. The dough should rise.
  • Beat the egg with salt. Pour in vegetable oil, mix. Add the suitable yeast, stir.
  • Pour in flour, knead not very tough dough. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  • Dice the onion. Cut the mushrooms and potatoes into strips. Grate cheese on a fine grater.
  • Fry mushrooms until half cooked, add onion and fry together.
  • Fry the potatoes separately until half cooked.
  • Knead the dough, add flour if necessary, roll out 3-5 mm thick. Put in the form so that the sides are formed.
  • Lightly grease the dough with sour cream. Put mushrooms and onions, salt and pepper. Put potatoes on mushrooms and onions, salt. Lubricate with sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Put in a preheated oven until 180g. and bake for 30 minutes.
