Note

Recipe from the Gourmel website. ru, called Mushroom salad (low calorie), thanks.
There, however, all kinds of fuss with preliminary stewing of mushrooms is offered separately ...

I don't like champignons too much: having lived almost 28 years in the northern regions, I love live forest mushrooms. But in the absence of a stamp ... In addition, mushrooms for me should be fried, not stewed. So is the bow.
I just don't like carrots (for no reason) and use very little.
It is all the more surprising how well she, sweetish, blended next to the champignons, set off their taste! It turned out surprisingly tasty.

And at the same time it is not at all high in calories. And very fast! No fuss and effort.

I didn't add any spices so that the smell of champignons wouldn't be killed. But she put a lot of jusai (he pretended to be green onions in the photo), it remained green, but softened and gave a delicious aroma of garlic.

In the last minutes of stewing, you can add sour cream.

You can, of course, cook with real mushrooms, but there you really have to do what they, real mushrooms, require ...

And if you do not cook in the microwave, but, for example, on the stove or in a multicooker, then I think all this should be fried. Here's the deliciousness ...

Our grandmothers here in the Kuban call it "field garlic".

It replaces garlic for me almost everywhere. Plus, during heat treatment, it does not lose color.
