Spicy soup with shrimps

Ingredients

Water 1 l
Peeled shrimps 300 g
Green pea 1 kg
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Tomato paste
Sugar
Salt
Pepper

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the onion, put in a saucepan with vegetable oil, fry over low heat until golden brown, add tomato paste, 1 ladle of warm water, season with salt, increase the heat. Add shrimp, green peas (I always take 2 cans of bonduelle, I don’t bother) with several. ladles of warm water and a pinch of black pepper. Gradually add water to the required amount. I'm still adding about 1 tbsp in the process. tablespoons of sugar, more pepper (for an amateur) and more tomato paste. You yourself will understand when to stop - the soup should acquire a sweet-pepper-tomato-shrimp taste :))
  • Remove from the stove as it boils.
  • Add croutons to the plate. Om-Nom-nom!!!:))

2 stalks of celery
400 gr. frozen peeled shrimp (I have king)

1 pickled cucumber in draft
