If you make coconut milk at home, then it sometimes turns out to be not too fat, then we exclude the water and replace it with coconut milk, that is, we use 500 ml.
  • One more nuance! If, for example, you are using frozen cauliflower and fresh broccoli, put the broccoli in boiling milk first. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes, then add the cauliflower. And vice versa. The thing is that frozen vegetables cook faster than fresh ones, and in this recipe we need to keep the cabbage shape for health and beauty.
  • Coconut soup with shrimps, broccoli, cauliflower and soba noodlesAs soon as the knife begins to freely pierce the cabbage in the thickest places, reduce the heat and dip the shrimp into the soup and warm it up with the shrimp for just a couple of minutes. If the shrimps are fresh frozen, then cook for a couple of minutes longer. To heighten the flavor, I throw a couple of shrimp heads into the soup for a richer shrimp taste. Or I add shrimp oil, which I make according to my recipe presented earlier.
