Chicken legs stewed with zucchini, eggplant and mushrooms (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

• chicken legs 900 g
• zucchini 3 pcs
• eggplant 2 pcs
• champignons (whole, canned) 425 g
• bulb onions 1.5 pcs
• leek 5-6 feathers
• garlic 6-7 slices
• sour cream 4 tbsp. spoons
• water 60 ml
• vegetable oil
• soy sauce
• salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • - Finely chop the onions, cut the leeks into rings, crush the garlic.

  • (the recipe only used two) eggplant, not three, as in the photo)
  • - Set the mode FRYING - MEAT and fry in vegetable oil, adding a little soy sauce. Chicken legs stewed with zucchini, eggplant and mushrooms (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)
  • - Cut the zucchini and eggplants into large cubes and add to the bowl. Salt. Continue browning, stirring occasionally.

  • - Cut the champignons in half, fry and add to the vegetables (I did this in a frying pan for about 1 minute, but you can fry together with onions before adding zucchini with eggplant).

  • - Put sour cream, pour in water, stir and turn off the FRYING-MEAT mode (the time is obtained at the 13th minute from the start of frying).
  • - Wash the chicken legs, rub with salt and pepper. Place on top of the vegetables.

  • Cook under pressure on STEERING mode for about 25 minutes. (I first set it to 17 minutes, but the chicken came out harsh. I had to add another 7 minutes.)
  • - You can serve rice as a side dish.
  • It turned out to be a very tender dish that melts in your mouth
