Soup with funchose and mushrooms

Ingredients

Pork 300 gr.
Champignon 300 gr.
Pepper bulg. 150 gr.
Funchoza 70 gr.
Garlic 2 teeth
Soy sauce 3 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
Greens

Cooking method

  • Cook broth from pork (I had a loin). I add an onion to the meat, and at the end I just throw it away. Fry the bell peppers, mushrooms and garlic. Send them to broth. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Then add funchose and soy sauce. Salting or not will depend on what kind of soy sauce you have. Let the soup simmer and turn off. Leave to brew for half an hour. And bon appetit!

You can eat without meat during fasting. I think the taste will not spoil. The soup is rich enough, mushrooms, peppers, garlic, soy sauce give the taste ...
