In a frying pan "6 in 1" it turned out softer, more tender than from the oven, I liked it more, only the height of the frying pan would be larger, otherwise there is almost nowhere to rise. To prevent them from burning on top, not sticking, a circle of baking paper was laid under the lid.

Although you are an experienced technician and know exactly what you want. After all, I bought a "pig in a poke", but I'm happy with this "cat", but I just can't find the owners of the same equipment. And everything would be easier and more fun to cook in the company.
