Ingredients

Meatballs
Ground beef 400 g
Large onion
finely chopped
1 PC.
Wheat rusks 2 tbsp. l.

Egg 1 PC.
Chopped dry herbs
or freshly frozen
\ basil, parsley, cilantro, dill \
Caraway seeds 1 tsp
Salt pepper
Sauce
Onion, coarsely chopped 1 medium
Carrot 5-6 medium
Frozen peas
\ 1 tbsp. -180 ml \
2 tbsp.
Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt pepper
Frostbite. garlic cube
Sahar 1. tsp.

Cooking method

  • Mix the meatball products.
  • Pour the rast into a saucepan. butter, put onion with flour, fry a little. Add carrots and peas, turmeric, tomato paste and cover with hot water. Boil. While the sauce is brought to a boil, stick on the meatballs. Once the sauce has boiled, dip the meatballs in it, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  • I had a small bowl with tomato cores - side residues from scrambled eggs in tomatoes, so I have these remnants there in the sauce!
