Cottage cheese casserole

Ingredients

Cottage cheese - 500 gr.
Sugar - 3 tbsp. l
Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l
Semolina - 2 tbsp. l
Raisins - 100 gr.
Melted butter - 3 tbsp l
Vanillin - on the tip of a knife
Egg - 1 pc.
salt - 1/4 -1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add 2 tbsp. l melted butter, egg beaten with sugar, semolina, salt, vanillin. Mix thoroughly with a wooden spatula, add the peeled and washed raisins.
  • Next, put the curd mass in a frying pan or any shallow form anointed with butter and sprinkled with crushed breadcrumbs, level the surface (it is very convenient to use a silicone spatula), grease with sour cream, sprinkle with butter and bake in a hot oven for 25-30 minutes.
  • Better to use lukewarm.
