Cooking method

  • I've cooked before chicken envelopes in the smokehouse. Then I marinated the meat, but this time I decided to cook rolls without preliminary preparation of the meat.
  • Cut the chicken fillet into thin but wide enough strips or triangles. Place a slice of tomato, chopped onion, garlic and a small slice of cheese on top. Roll the fillet into a roll and secure with a wooden skewer. Season with salt, sprinkle with spices and herbs. Lay on a shelf.
  • Pour water into the bowl of the smokehouse, covering the bottom. Put 1 tsp in a bowl for chips. apple chips. Place the shelf in the bowl. Close the cover, lock it by turning it counterclockwise. Install a pressure regulator. Switch on the "Hot smoking" mode for 30 minutes.
