It is important - immediately after filling the container, you need to cover the hole with the piston, turn the syringe upside down with the needles (like a regular injection syringe, otherwise the marinade will pour out) and then push the piston up. Only now can the syringe be turned over.

I must admit right away that it didn’t turn out so beautifully as in the video below - I had to drain the marinade that had spilled on the plate and repeat the procedure.
