Salmon fillet (steaks) 2 pcs (900 gr)
Lemon pepper (mix), salt 2 h l

Cooking method

  • Salmon steaks and season with a mixture of lemon pepper. Place on the grill of the smoker. Program Cold smoking - 12 minutes, Hot smoking - 32 minutes. Remove the fish and ripen in a cool place overnight. For smoking, I used acacia and some sugar. Very gentle and delicate lemon pepper taste.
